In our ongoing planning work we strive to adopt a consistent and coherent approach when responding to planning applications. To help us achieve this, and to provide transparency for local residents, we have published a set of Planning Guidelines that we will use to inform our responses. A well-functioning planning process that serves it residents can have a positive impact on our local environment. The planning rules for our neighbourhood are governed by Westminster Council, but we encourage all residents to take an active role in defining a more localised set of planning rules via our work on a Neighbourhood Plan.
