What’s in a Neighbourhood Plan?

Planning policies specific to our local area and projects to improve our public realm. For instance, our local residents have told us they really want to protect gardens and green spaces, but think the current rules on double glazing and rear extension designs are too restrictive. 

What is Regulation 14?

This the formal name for getting feedback from local residents on a Neighbourhood Plan proposal. Reaching this stage means we are getting close to finalising the proposal, but we can still make changes if you write to us at nottinghilleastnf@gmail.com

The Objectives section gives single page summary of what the Plan sets out to achieve, and if you read just the first eight pages of the Plan you will get a clear idea of how we aim to achieve these objectives.
