Westminster City Council are organising the referendum, so you need to be a registered voter to participate. You should receive a poll card like the one shown below that provides the details of when and where to vote.
Poll-cardYou can vote in person at the Westbourne Grove Church on Thursday the 29th October 2026, located at the corner of Westbourne Grove and Ledbury Road. The polling station will be open from 7am to 10pm. You don’t need a poll card, but you will need to bring photographic ID, like a passport, drivers licence, or Freedom Pass.
You can also register to vote by post by following this link https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote , but you will need to act quickly to receive a postal voting pack in time.
There is just one question on the ballot…. Do you want Westminster City Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Notting Hill East to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area? We recommend that you vote YES.
