 2026 AGM Wednesday, the 13th of May at 7 p.m., St. Stephen’s Church Hall, corner of Talbot and Westbourne Park Roads. Doors open at 6 p.m. for a display of our Neighbourhood Plan and Public Realm images. Dear Member, Our AGM is a little over a month away and we hope you’ll be able to attend. Please arrive early so you’ll have a chance to say hello to neighbours, have a glass of wine and look at our display. We’ll have the Neighbourhood Plan on view, as well as public realm and event ideas for you to vote on and add to. If you have any ideas for public realm improvements or social events that you’d like us to add to the ongoing list, you can email us before the AGM at nottinghilleastnf@gmail.com. We’ll be asking you at this meeting to ratify two small amendments to our Constitution. These changes were made to clarify our voting and membership rules and can be found at the link here in red text on pages 2 and 3: Constitution with proposed amendments We hope you’ll have a few minutes to look at our Constitution and its amendments before the meeting. Thank you. As part of our AGM discussion, we’ll be seeing the latest plans for Westbourne Grove, discussing Fiveways and its name and hearing about Westminster’s fantastic Net Zero efforts from our very own Forum member, who was one of the residents chosen to participate in Westminster’s Citizen’s Climate Assembly. We’ll also hear about the success of Westminster’s food waste program. FYI for those of you who are flummoxed about how to get food waste bags while the library is closed – you can order these by emailing foodwaste@westminster.gov.uk. We’ll be updating you on the Neighbourhood Plan and its next steps, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you might have. If anyone would like to volunteer to join the steering group, the AGM is the time to put yourself forward for election. You will need a nominator and seconder, and if you are new to the neighbourhood and finding a nominator would be difficult, please get in touch with us before the AGM at nottinghilleastnf@gmail.com.
