The Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Forum is a community organisation developed in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 to represent local residents.

Our purpose is to –

• Protect the existing environment and comment on proposed changes
• Produce the statutory plan for the area and develop policies and programmes on related matters
• Promote a sense of community through social and informational activities
• Liaise with the local authority and other forums and organisations for the benefit of our area

The Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Forum (NHENF) developed from, and eventually replaced, the Westbourne Neighbourhood Association (WNA), which was a recognised Amenity Society of Westminster City Council.
